Shipping Policy

Shipping time

Orders are processed and dispatched from Kerala Office during regular business hours (Monday through Friday excluding major INDIAN holidays). Sometimes a 1~2 days delay can happen when the oil has not yet arrived from our farm. In such a case we will notify in advance.

Customs fees for international shipments
Any customs, duty or other taxes charged by your home country will need to be paid for by the recipient (i.e. you!) before the package can be delivered or collected. Any orders that are returned/rejected because of unpaid charges will be refunded minus any shipping costs we incur.

Big shipment

YES, Big shipment can be done. You can make an order of large volumes for your own brand. And also order for your formulation. In such a case we offer wholesale prices. We ALWAYS support individual brands and assist in best possible way. Please write to us for large/wholesale volume and feel free to ask questions. We will reply you with in 24 hours.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Refunds are processed for defective or damaged items or if the wrong item was shipped.
